I hereby grant The Thompson & Troupe Foundation permission to photograph and/or record video of me during events or activities. 

I understand that these images and videos may be used for marketing and promotional purposes on the foundation's social media, website, print publications, and related materials. 

I understand that the images may be modified in any manner, and I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve any final product that uses my photographs.

I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that no compensation will be provided.
