I hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below in consideration for my participation in the TTF Netball Tournament:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that participating in the netball tournament involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and other unforeseen hazards. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the tournament.
2. Health and Fitness: I certify that I am physically fit and adequately trained to participate in the netball tournament. I agree to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect my ability to safely participate and understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional before engaging in any physical activity related to the tournament.
3. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue TTF, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releases or otherwise, while participating in the netball tournament.
4. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless TTF and its representatives from any and all liabilities or claims made by other individuals or entities as a result of my actions or participation in the netball tournament.
5. Media Release: I grant TTF the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs, video recordings, and/or any other media taken during the tournament for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation to me.
6. Code of Conduct: I agree to abide by the rules, regulations, and code of conduct established by TTF for the netball tournament. I understand that any violation of these rules may result in my disqualification from the tournament and forfeiture of any prizes or awards.
